We’ve buying our pellets from North Atlantic Fuels since moving to our new house in 2020. They have consistently provided a premium product and their delivery is always on time and very efficient. Their delivery drivers are very friendly and provide great service. We just had this season’s delivery and the driver said “I remember you, I know right where you want me to put them”. Highly recommend!

This is my second year using North Atlantic Fuels. They are a pleasure to work with and have very competitive prices. The delivery driver are friendly and accommodating using a pallet jack to place the pellets well within my garage and out of the way.

Ordering process was simple and easy, their crew was even able to unload the firewood into my garage for dry storage upon delivering it. It felt relieving to come home and just have the wood already stacked and stored for me! Will definitely order from this place again!

North Atlantic Fuels was great with communication and getting my delivery setup after ordering. They reached out the morning of delivery and informed me it was on its way. The delivery ended up being a little earlier which I don’t mind as I’m always early to everything. The delivery guy was very pleasant and placed my pallet where I asked him to. I’ve never used the bio bricks before but have used similar products from Lowes and it worked great so I’m looking forward to these. I would definitely recommend North Atlantic Fuels to others.

This company was a pleasure to deal with. They were quick and efficient with their customer service. As far as the cord of firewood that I received it was the cleanest and the driest that I have ever had delivered. The delivery was prompt and delivered as directed via email. No complaints here. I will be using NAF for all my cord firewood deliveries.
